🌾 Cevino 500 SC – Herbicide for Cereals (1 L)

Cevino 500 SC is a highly effective soil and foliar herbicide in the form of a suspension concentrate formulation (SC).
It is ideal for autumn treatment in winter cereals, especially for the control of blackgrass (Apera spica-venti) and numerous broadleaf weeds.

⚗️ Active Ingredient

✅ Flufenacet (Oxyacetamide group) – 500 g/L (42.3%)
➡️ inhibits long-chain fatty acid synthesis (LCFA)
➡️ prevents germination and growth of sensitive weeds

🧪 Mode of Action

After application, the active ingredient is absorbed through the roots and hypocotyls of germinating weeds.
It forms an active soil film that ensures consistent effectiveness over several weeks.
Moist soil conditions significantly enhance effectiveness.

💧 Application & Dosage

Crop: Winter wheat
Method: before or after emergence
Water volume: 200–300 L/ha

1️⃣ Pre-emergence (BBCH 00–09)

✅ Dose: 0.24–0.30 L/ha (max. 0.3 L/ha)
✅ Can be mixed with:

• Cevino 0.24 L + Saper/Adiunkt/Herubin 0.2 L/ha, or

• Cevino 0.3 L + Saper/Adiunkt/Herubin 0.2 L/ha

2️⃣ Post-emergence (BBCH 11–20)

✅ Dose: 0.24–0.35 L/ha (max. 0.35 L/ha)
✅ Can be mixed with:

• Cevino 0.3 L + Saper/Adiunkt/Herubin 0.2 L/ha, or

• Cevino 0.3 L + Saper/Adiunkt/Herubin 0.2 L/ha + Galmet/Primstar/Superherb 15 g/ha

Application frequency: 1 treatment per season
Temperature: ideally between 2–20 °C

🌾 Sensitive Weeds

✅ Blackgrass, Meadow foxtail, Timothy grass
⚠️ Moderately resistant: Common chickweed, Volunteer oilseed rape
🚫 Resistant: Cornflower, Violet, Chamomile, Speedwell, Cleavers, Dock, Blackgrass (moderately resistant if overdosed)

⚠️ Application Notes

✅ Apply early – at germination or immediately after emergence
✅ On well-prepared, clod-free soil
✅ Higher dosage on heavy, humus-rich soils or with heavy infestation
✅ Mild winters may shorten the effectiveness duration in spring
