Orkan 350 SL 5 l (MCPA, Glyphosate) Synthos Agro β Herbicide
Orkan 350 SL Synthos Agro is a non-selective herbicide for use in orchards, effective against both monocotyledonous and dicotyledonous weeds. It contains two active ingredients: MCPA (90 g/l) and Glyphosate (260 g/l), thereby increasing the effectiveness of the product. The herbicide acts systemically, is absorbed through the leaves and transported to the roots, inhibiting plant growth. The product works best during the active growth phase of weeds. It is recommended for use in pome and stone fruit orchards and, to a limited extent, in sour and sweet cherry cultivation. It is effective at an application rate of 5β8 l/ha against various weed species, although sensitivity may vary between species. The re-entry interval for the treated area is until the spray liquid has dried completely, while the pre-harvest interval for apples is 7 days.

πΏ Benefits of using the Orkan weed control product
Orkan controls both both monocotyledonous and dicotyledonous weeds.
The product has a targeted effect and is a Plant protection product for use in fruit crops.
Two active ingredients β MCPA and glyphosate β provide even greater effectiveness.
The product controls numerous deep-rooted weed species, including couch grass and field horsetail.
Orkan 350 SL is a non-selective herbicide with systemic action. It is a liquid for preparing an aqueous solution (SL). It is intended for application to the leaves for Control of annual and perennial monocotyledonous and dicotyledonous weeds in pome and stone fruit orchards.
π§ͺ Active ingredient content β Orkan 350 SL Synthos Agro
MCPA (a compound from the phenoxycarboxylic acid group) β 90 g/l (7.87%).
Glyphosate (a compound from the aminophosphonic acid group) β 260 g/l (22.75%).
πΏ Orkan β weed control in orchards
The product Orkan contains two active ingredients. The active ingredient glyphosate inhibits the synthesis in plants of proteins necessary for plant growth. MCPA inhibits the action of plant hormones responsible for cell division. This leads to deformations of leaves and stems, stunted growth and plant development, followed by chlorosis, necrosis and drying out of the plants.
Orkan 350 SL is absorbed through the leaves and then rapidly transported to the roots of the weeds. It is most effective when applied during the weedsβ intensive growth phase. The first visible signs of its effect on the weeds appear 7β14 days after treatment. The weeds die after about 30 days. High temperatures and humidity, as well as intense sunlight, accelerate the effect of the product.
